Dacia Logan is very new here in the Netherlands; it is introduced on 23 february 2007. Some people bought one out of the brochure without having driven it. Renault estimated approx 1500 MCV's for the Netherlands to sell but very soon they were sold out!!! Because of this a lot of people had to wait long to receive their MCV (up to over a year!)

The first meeting was held in Het Doornse Gat ( a kind of recreational park close to Utrecht) on 3 june 2007. 9 MCV's arrived and a lot of interrested people. At that time I did'nt have my MCV but I was present.

On 14 oktober 2007, the second Dacia-meeting was held. It was estimated that 20-45 Dacia's would come to the meeting,but we counted 50 MCV's and 2 sedans. I didn't heard of any other Dacia-meeting that counted so much cars before.We even had a visitor coming over from Belgium.

So I think we can call this meeting a huge succes. Again it took place in HET DOORNSE GAT, a kind of recreational park close to Utrecht (the Netherlands). We were lucky because we had very beautiful weather with the sun shining.

Even two persons from the Dacia Headoffce in the Netherlands were present and I invited a journalist (stephan Wijntjes) of a national known Auto-Magazine called AUTOWEEK, and he was also present.

The pictures are taken by me and some visitors of the meeting who send me the pictures. The meeting started at 11:00. I arrived at 10:40 and wasn't the first but I was one of the last who left on 15:30.

Most colours were present but from the 52 cars I was the only one with the BEIGE TOUNDRA GNB colour.

On Sunday 25 may 2008 the third Dacia meeting was held. It was a huge succes!! 550 dacia's were counted. mostly MCV but also sedan. Dacia Netherlands introduced the all NEW SANDERO (5 cars were present).
